About: Committees: Personnel
The primary mission of the Personnel Committee as outlined in the Bylaws is to recommend and maintain personnel policies and recommend and maintain compensation and benefit packages for all employees and staff members of the Church. The committee is comprised of the Vice-President of Congregation Council, who serves as chair, the chair of the Finance Committee, the Treasurer, and three at-large members recommended by the Executive Committee and approved by Congregation Council for terms of three years on a rotating basis. The person serving in their second year of a three year term will act as the liaison between the Church Program Staff and the Support Staff.
